1- Moisturizer:

2- Steam bath:

Steam is one of the means that works to relieve a stuffy nose. Steam has both moisture and heat, which reduces inflammation and swelling of the blood vessels in the nose, making it easier to breathe naturally. Here is the method of a steam bath.
Put a towel under the bathroom door so the steam doesn't see out

   -Bring a towel and hot water
  - Dip the towel in hot water than you can handle on your face, and then squeeze it to get rid of the excess water
7- Lie on your back: bend the towel several layers and place it on your face or around the nose and the surrounding area only, but do not cover the nostrils so as not to lose their heat quickly

8- Eucalyptus oil: This oil is one of the natural products that decongests the membranes lining the nose when they become infected by inhaling this oil:
   -Bring a bowl of hot water and 2-4 drops of eucalyptus oil into your towel
   -Add oil drops to the hot water and put them in the bowl. Tie your head over the bowl and cover your --head with a towel to keep the steam out. Start inhaling for a few minutes. Repeat the process as often as needed and you will feel much better.
9- Onion juice: Onions have decongestant properties that work to get rid of a stuffy nose. Onions contain sulphur that is able to draw mucus and other fluids out of the body. Onions also have antibacterial and antiviral properties that fight infections that cause nasal congestion by cutting an onion and placing it in front of your nose and starting The estrangement, but if the aunt was more difficult, then this is for you
